Where can I get equipment for a spy RC car?

I want to know where I can get a cheap wireless camera and a cheep Phidget 0/0/4 Interface Kit or something like it. My budget is about $50 NZD but I can go a bit more. I don't mind buying online but it needs to be cheep.
